I’ve become pretty checked out from GWC these days. It’s hard getting up the energy to head into work, and once there, hard to concentrate. I have been trying really hard not to become engaged with anything new, and as a result am not engaged with anything at all. A good lesson [...]

It is altogether fitting that we had spaghetti for dinner last night at Erik’s. Because spaghetti is what I feel like today after my first lap swim in 10 years.
