How on earth can the California Supreme Court rule that it is okay to have “a narrow and limited exception to … state constitutional rights”?
When is it ever legal or ethical or moral to exclude any segment of the population from rights provided in a state or national constitution? Isn’t a constitution supposed to provide [...]
